We collect your postal address when placing an order though our online Ecommerce store to facilitate delivery of physical goods to the address provided during account sign-up or checkout process

Consent: you give your consent to us sending purchased good to the designated address provided during account sign-up or checkout process.

E-Newsletter

We may offer you the opportunity to sign up to a periodic Newsletter. When you sign up for our Electronic Newsletter via our website in order to receive information, site update bulletins and special offers about our products or services, we will collect your email address.
Legal basis for processing: your consent (Article 6(1)(a) of the General Data Protection Regulation).
Consent: you give your consent to us sending you our e-newsletter by signing up to receive it using the steps described above and by signing up you consent to have read and agree with this Privacy Policy and our Terms of Use. 

Transfer and storage of your information

We store emails you send us on our third-party server, Smart Hosting, as well as our third-party email provider, Gmail (Google, Inc.).

Newsletter and Contact Form

Legal basis for processing: our legitimate interests (Article 6(1)(f) of the General Data Protection Regulation).
Legitimate interest(s): responding to enquiries and messages we receive and keeping records of correspondence.
Legal basis for processing: necessary to perform a contract or to take steps at your request to enter into a contract (Article 6(1)(b) of the General Data Protection Regulation).
Reason why necessary to perform a contract: where your message relates to us providing you with goods or services or taking steps at your request prior to providing you with our goods and services (for example, providing you with information about such goods and services), we will process your information in order to do so).

 

Transfer of information outside the EEA

Information is transferred and stored outside the EEA (EEA) in the circumstances as listed below. We may use third-party Service Providers to run online advertising campaigns promoting the use of our Service
